The issue is caused by the customer’s device or local network.

No prior agreement about refunds was made before purchase.
✅ Exception:
If there is a critical technical failure (e.g., SIM card doesn’t activate at all), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review the issue and may offer a suitable replacement or support—if the problem is verified from our end.
