🚫 No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The SIM card successfully receives signal or OTP codes.

  • The service was tested and confirmed working before delivery.

  • The issue is caused by the customer’s device or local network.

  • No prior agreement about refunds was made before purchase.

✅ Exception:

If there is a critical technical failure (e.g., SIM card doesn’t activate at all), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review the issue and may offer a suitable replacement or support—if the problem is verified from our end.
