E-Rumi provides web development, graphic design, digital marketing, and software subscription services, alongside USDT (Tether) buy and sell exchange services for customers in Afghanistan and internationally. Availability of specific services may vary by region.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Buy and sell orders are processed manually and require verification of payment before USDT is released, or verification of USDT receipt before payout is sent. Exchange rates are set by E-Rumi, are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and the rate applied is the one displayed at the time your order is submitted. Cryptocurrency values are inherently volatile; E-Rumi is not responsible for market fluctuations occurring during the manual verification window. Once USDT or payment has been sent and confirmed on the blockchain or via receipt, transactions are final and non-reversible. E-Rumi reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction suspected of fraud, error, or violation of these Terms.
Subscription-based digital tools are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Prices are subject to change; existing active subscriptions will be honored at the originally agreed rate until renewal.
You may not use E-Rumi's services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the exchange of funds obtained through illegal means. E-Rumi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
E-Rumi provides its services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Rumi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including losses related to cryptocurrency market volatility.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of E-Rumi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
