1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by E-Rumi ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
E-Rumi offers a variety of digital services, including but not limited to web design, digital marketing, YouTube monetization, and graphic design. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate agreement or contract between E-Rumi and the Client.
3. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the contract for the services rendered. Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the contract. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and any materials required to complete the services. Clients must ensure that they have the rights to all content and materials provided to E-Rumi for use in the project.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for materials created by E-Rumi as part of the services shall remain the property of E-Rumi until full payment is received. Upon full payment, these rights will be transferred to the Client, except for any third-party materials used in the project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information disclosed during the course of the project private and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.
