1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital products and subscriptions, which are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and the product has been delivered or accessed. This includes software, digital subscriptions, and downloadable files.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If a product you purchased does not work as advertised or you are unable to access your subscription, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or a fix.

2. Service Projects

For service-based projects such as Web Development, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the specific project agreement or proposal provided to you before the start of the project.

Deposits for service projects are typically non-refundable as they are used to allocate resources and commence work.
Partial refunds may be considered if a project is canceled before completion, with the amount corresponding to the work already completed.

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund under certain exceptional circumstances, such as:

A duplicate purchase of the same product was made in error.
A technical issue on our end prevented the delivery or functionality of the product, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
